How Thotos handles refunds across digital products, services, and subscriptions.
Thotos Instruments (digital products)
Instruments are digital templates (Word, Excel, PDF, HTML, Notion) delivered and downloadable immediately. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase — see our commitment below.
Our commitment. If an Instrument doesn't work for you, email mdonaldson@thotosai.com within 14 days of purchase. Thotos will work with you case-by-case to make it right. Resolutions may include:
- A customized version of the Instrument tailored to your situation
- A different Instrument of equal or lesser value
- Targeted help getting the Instrument working in your environment
We respond within 2 business days.
Services — AI Blueprint, AI Roadmap, Complete AI Launchpad
Refundable up until the questionnaire is submitted. Once analysis has been generated, the work is complete and refunds are not available.
Subscriptions — AI Sentinel Support
Cancel anytime. No prorated refunds for the current month; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
